Spicy Seasoned Karage Chicken

Ingredients:

4 Pieces of chicken thigh fillet

1 Red Bird's Eye Chili (optional if you want it spicier)

1 Sachet of Nyammm Garlic Powder

½ Sachet of Nyammm White Pepper Powder

2 Sachets of Nyammm Large Chili Powder

1 Sachet of Nyammm Red Bird's Eye Chili Powder

Salt and chicken stock to taste

Flour (can use a mixture of wheat flour & cornstarch)

How to cook:

  1. Mix all the spices and flour in one bowl.

  2. Put the chicken pieces into the flour mixture, coat until evenly coated.

  3. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy.

  4. Stir-fry the fried chicken with Nyammm chili powder so that the spices are better absorbed.
