Ingredients:
1 plate of cold rice
1 egg
1 sachet garlic powder
1 sachet large chili powder
1 sachet coriander powder
1 sachet white pepper powder
2 shallots (thinly sliced)
1 stalk green onion (finely sliced)
Salt and seasoning, as needed
Sweet soy sauce, as needed
Oil for sautéing
Cooking Instructions:
