Chicken Tongseng
Ingredients:
250gr Chicken breast
150gr Cabbage
100gr Carrots
1 Tomato
1 stalk of lemongrass (crushed)
3 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
1 Sachet of Nyammm Garlic Powder
¼ Sachet of Nyammm Turmeric Powder
½ Sachet of Nyammm White Pepper Powder
¼ Sachet Nyammm Cloves Powder
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp mushroom stock
300ml Water
50ml Coconut Milk
How to cook:
Stir-fry the chicken and carrots until the chicken changes color and smells good.
Add all the spices and herbs, mix well.
Add cabbage and tomatoes, saute briefly.
Pour in 300 ml of water, then cook until it boils.
Add coconut milk, cook again until the water has reduced and the spices have been absorbed.
