Perkedel
Ingredients:
400gr Potatoes
1 Egg yolk
1 Stalk of spring onion and celery
1 Sachet of Nyammm Garlic Powder
½ Sachet of Nyammm White Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Seasoning to taste
A pinch of cornstarch
2 Egg whites (for the outer layer)
How to cook:

Cut and boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them while they are still warm.

Mix all ingredients into mashed potatoes, stir well.

Shape according to taste, coat with egg white.

Fry over low heat until golden yellow.
