Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

500gr Chicken

¼ Sachet of Nyammm Turmeric Powder

2 Sachets of Nyammm Coriander Powder

¼ Sachet of Nyammm White Pepper Powder

Flavoring to taste

 

Crispy Ingredients:

300ml Chicken broth water

2 tbsp Rice Flour

3 tbsp Tapioca Flour

1 Egg

How to cook:

  1. Put all the spices into the water, then simmer the chicken for ±30 minutes until tender and absorbed.

  2. Drain the chicken, then fry over low heat until golden brown.

  3. Mix the batter ingredients, dip the fried chicken into the batter.

  4. Fry the chicken again until the batter is perfectly crispy and crunchy.
